    1. By placing and order online for one or more of our Lifestyle programs, you unconditionally agree and knowingly accept our Terms and Conditions below.
    2. Programs are not tailored to a specific individual’s requirements but suited for users that conform to the program type and suitability.
  1. DEFINITIONS
    1. Agreement / Terms and Conditions refer to acknowledgement and understanding of conditions under which are bought and used by our publics.
    2. Lifestyle programs entail the provision of products as reflected on your invoice when placing your online order.
    3. Customer is the person which details appear on the invoice, including contact specifics.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

3.1. All lifestyle and weight-loss programs made available on the Body and Soul website is and will remain the Intellectual Property of the entity (internationally) which makes it illegal to copy, publish or use any part thereof without permission from the Principal Owner.

3.2. Both registered and unregistered programs, trade and service marks, offered under the Body and Soul banner will also be protected by the Intellectual Property act.

3.3. All internet domains that are used by Body and Soul will be considered the property of the company, both now and in the future.

4. UNDERSTANDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1. When placing an order online from Body and Soul, it is understood that these items will only be made available once the purchasing process is completed.

4.2. The preferred currency for purchases inside South Africa is the SA Rand and US Dollar for orders from other African countries.

5.1. Our website may contain links to other sites, these are provided to accommodate any additional information you may require.

5.2. You must ensure that your connectivity programs / software are “safe” and does not contain harmful or illegal properties that could pose a risk to other users. (including viruses and codes). Body and Soul takes no responsibility in this instance.

5.3. All testimonials and transformations (including images or pictures) that appear on the Body and Soul website are real, following usage of our programs in the process. Results for individuals may vary depending on exercise fitness level, dietary considerations, health status, genetics and history. Personal motivation plays a pivotal role, along with dedication and commitment and will definitely affect the end result.

5.4. When using the internet, we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to computer viruses, faults or any other conditions that may damage or interfere with your computer. Furthermore, we also cannot guarantee that data transmission is totally secure as we take every precaution possible to protect information from our perspective but the same needs to be done by yourself.

5.5. Body and Soul reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of our website without notice. (i.e. pricing of programs or the programs itself).

5.6. You consent to us using cookies to gather data on the Body and Soul Website.

5.7. In the event of an order being cancelled before the program is used, a full refund will be made to the invoice in question as soon as is reasonable and practical.

5.8. Body and Soul accepts no responsibility for orders that are declined or not accepted due to errors or disruptions to internet connectivity.
